An Answer

Stillness in morning light.
Stop moving and take three deep breaths,
fully feel into your body.
One…
two…
three…
and exhale deeply.

Breathe out all the worries that have knotted in your head and heart.

Let it go. Even if just for this breath, this moment.

Return to yourself with intention, attention to your breathing, and clearing that incessant chatter of worry and doubt and fear in your head as often as you need to.

The answers you need will come in that space between your thoughts and your acts of being present.
